The
creative team who produced "Cornwall... the
Song"
included the following people; |
|
|

|
|
K J
Mackerrall
-
the song writer who
provided the original raw material...
|
|
|

|
|
Marc Lloyd Ellery
- born and
raised in St Austell, Cornwall. His love of singing and
performing has always been apparent from early days when he was
known throughout Cornwall and beyond as Cornwall's Boy Soprano.
His talents have taken him all over Britain, from the Minack
Theatre to the Apollo in Hammersmith and numerous TV and radio
appearances. His ability to tackle many different roles both
speaking and singing, have made him a very in-demand performer
throughout the UK. He has been on tour with the Spirit
of the Dance
(see their web site!) and with
whom he has toured Europe and South Africa. |

Camborne Town
Band
- The Brass Band... www.cambornetownband.com
Formed
back in 1841, they are one of the most talented and popular
bands in Britain (and abroad). With numerous trophies,
competitions and awards to their credit (incl. Cambridge All
England Masters Contest 2004), it is a great honour to have
their involvement with our Cornwall song. The arrangement by Steve Sykes
(one of the finest tuba players in the world) is truly
revelatory.

Steve
Nunn
- Studio
Owner / Technician
who moved to Cornwall in 2000 to establish a small, but perfectly
formed, modern digital recording studio. As well as being for
his own use, it's also
for other local singers and songwriters, musicians, poets,
storytellers, duos, trios, bands to share. In fact, almost anything that needs recording and
/ or enhancing he'll attempt it!
